Why are you closing both garden stores on June 30 and opening at a new location?

We are reinventing how people shop for plants by connecting the gardener to the grower. The new location is Natorp's 150 acre nursery in Mason, Ohio, and we are creating an experience like no other. At our nursery, customers will experience the region's largest selection of plant varieties and quantities while shopping in a comfortable enclosed greenhouse big enough to hold 2 1/2 football fields! We've been growing plants for almost 100 years. It's our passion; what we do best. It will truly be a plant lover's paradise!

Why are you only open during the Spring an Fall?

We will be open during the Spring and Fall Planting Seasons (April, May, June - then September thru mid October). These are the best times to plant and when we feel our customers will have the best success with our plants and products. During the other times of the year, we will be closed as we focus on growing the highest quality plants for the upcoming prime planting season.

Will my plants still have the Natorp's guarantee?

Definitely! All guarantees will be handled just like in the past. Dead plants, sick or dying plants, product malfunctions - simply come in during our Spring and Fall Planting Seasons, or call / email us when we're closed. (513) 398-4769 or questions@natorp.com. We'll take care of you just like we have in the past. The same goes if you have gardening questions, pest identifications, etc. We're here for you.

I still have $5 Reward Coupons. Are the still good?

Yes, they are redeemable at the Garden Stores thru June 30, as well as during the Fall Planting Season (Sept 8 through Oct.14, 2012).

I have a Natorp's Gift Card. Is it still redeemable?

Yes, you can apply the amount to purchases. during the two planting seasons, for Natorp's landscape, or for retail purchases of bulk landscape materials at Natorp's Landscape Supply.

Is the Fall Planting Season the same as the past Fall Outlet Sale?

No...it will be even better! The selection will be much larger with many plants and products that were not offered during the past Outlet Sales. Plus, we'll be open for a longer period of time, giving you more time to take advantage of our new one of a kind shopping experience.

How can I stay informed about the new Natorp's Nursery Outlet?

Make sure you're a member of our Natorp's Preferred Gardener Program. Members will receive informative emails and mailings.
