When Is Natorp’s Open to the Public?  Gardening tools and plants at Natorp’s Nursery Outlet

Natorp’s Nursery Outlet opens to the public during the spring and fall planting seasons. To stay updated, visit our Current Dates and Hours. If you need plants sooner, you can order online any day of the year with convenient curbside nursery pickup.

What Is Natorp’s Guarantee?

We proudly stand behind the quality of our plants. If your plant dies within one year of purchase and you’ve properly cared for it, we will replace it or issue a replacement credit. For more details, check out our Plant Guarantee.

Do You Offer Delivery and Installation?

Absolutely! We offer delivery and installation services Monday through Friday. Rates vary based on location, so review our Delivery and Installation Services for more information.


Plant Replacement & Returns

How Do I Get a Replacement for a Dead Plant?

To request a replacement, bring the plant (with soil removed from its roots) and your receipt to Natorp’s Nursery Outlet. For larger plants, consider bringing a photo or a sample.

What If I Need Plants or Replacements When Natorp’s Nursery Outlet Is Closed?

Don’t worry! You can order plants online anytime and schedule a convenient nursery pickup. For replacements, feel free to call us at (513) 398-4769 or email questions@natorp.com.


Pets, Discounts & Membership

Are Dogs Allowed at Natorp’s Nursery Outlet?

Yes, for everyone’s safety and enjoyment, leashed and well-behaved dogs are welcome at Natorp’s Nursery Outlet.

Is There a Discount for Quantity Purchases?

Natorp’s Club members already benefit from wholesale pricing. Therefore, additional discounts are not available.
